Brie | Children's Fine Art Session

Artists create their best work when they are inspired. Although we don’t use a paint brush and a canvas, photographers are artists too! It is our job to capture the feelings and emotions of a single moment in time so that it can be relived by every viewer for decades.

Simplicity is my greatest inspiration. I absolutely love artful, classic images, and that was the idea behind these gorgeous photos captured in my latest session with AWP’s studio star.

Brie is such a beautiful little girl that it feels almost effortless to take an amazing photo of her. I love to keep things as simple as I can so that the child is the main focus of the images, and the color black really lends itself to timelessness and elegance. Keeping that in mind, I decided to go with a dark background to match her black dress and stunning black bow.

This was a really fun and inspiring session. Brie is always a joy to work with, and for this shoot, she had these simple, elegant poses down like a pro!
